Weedweerk.coms is a recruitment resource that’s more than just a job board. It’s the leading community in the cannabis industry, offering recruitment tools, job postings and career advice.

How can I get access to the Weedweerk Job Board?

You’ll need a Weedweerk employer account! If you do not have an employer account, create a brand new Weedweerk account by clicking “Sign Up” on our front page, and selecting “Employer” as the “Job Board Account Type.”

Once you’ve set up your account, head back to the job board and start posting jobs!

If you have an employer account already and are having trouble logging in/gaining access to your account, email info@weedweerk.com

NOTES:

  • Your user name is the e-mail address you used to register with the job board.
  • If you forgot your password go to any Weedweerk login screen and click “Forgot Password.” Follow the instructions from there.
  • If you’re unable remember the e-mail address you used to register with the job board, e-mail info@weedweerk.com.
  • To change the e-mail address for your account, request an email change from info@weedweerk.com.
  • If you want to merge 2 accounts on Weedweerk or the job board, e-mail info@weedweerk.com.

I forgot my password, how can I log on?

If you forgot your password go to any Weedweerk login screen and click “Forgot Password.” Follow the instructions from there.

How can I change the e-mail address for my account?

To change the e-mail address for your account, request an email change from info@weedweerk.com.

How do I post a Job?

The first step is to create an account to post a job.

If you’ve already created an account, go ahead and click on the tab labeled “Post Job” under the Employer link in the top navigation bar. 

Where can I find candidates/applicants

On the “Search Resumes” page, you’ll see an option to “View Applicants”. From here you can view and sort applicants by position and by status. 

You can input key-words to search by various search criteria.

How do I update my company profiles?

Click on the “Employer” tab. Make sure you are logged in! From this link you can update all aspects of your company’s profile from uploading a photo to entering a short company description. Once finished, click “Preview Profile” at the bottom of the screen to preview your page or click “Update Profile” to save changes. This is where you can also add/edit profiles for subsidiaries of your organization.

How do I purchase Sourcing Services?

Contact one of our sales agents sales@weedweerk.com. They can explain to you how our sourcing service works and the costs associated with it.

How do I search the resume database?

You’ll first need to create an employer account, and purchase resume database access at sales@weedweerk.com Once you have access, click the “Search Resumes” link from the top toolbar. From this page, you’ll be able to search our resume database by keyword, experience level, and other data points.

What are featured employers? How do I become one?

Featured employers get the best, most prominent placement right at the top of our job board. You’ll receive a spot in our Featured Employer carousel. Contact sales@weedweerk.com to learn more about becoming a Featured Employer!

 

How can I track all applicants who have applied to a job with my organization?

From the “Employer” page, you’ll be able to see all applicants to your positions. Clicking an applicant lets you change the status of their application, and send them template messages.

 

How can I post jobs on Weedweerk.com to attract passive candidates?

Along with the job board, Jobs are also fed into Weedweerk’s websites, and newsletters. 

How long to job postings last?

Job postings last 30 days from the date of posting.

 

How can I purchase access to resumes in the resume database?

Resume Database access can be purchased from sales@weedweerk.com
